1. Acceptance of Terms

For legal and contracting purposes, Cliniqa360 is operated by STRATALABS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES.

By accessing or using Cliniqa360, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of your organization and agree to comply with these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, managing user access, and ensuring information provided is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account credentials.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Do not misuse or disrupt the service
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Do not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without written permission

4. Regulatory Compliance Disclaimer

Cliniqa360 provides tools for clinic management, including sales tracking and reporting.

However, Cliniqa360 is not currently accredited by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) as an official Point-of-Sale (POS) or Computerized Accounting System (CAS).

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws, including the issuance of BIR-compliant receipts and invoices.

5. Fees and Subscription

Paid features require an active subscription. You agree to pay applicable fees under your selected plan and billing cycle.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or restricted access until balances are settled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and related materials provided by Cliniqa360 remain the property of Cliniqa360 or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to you except for limited usage rights described in these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cliniqa360 is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Cliniqa360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
