What is new

  • Appointments and care workflows: Introduced calendar-based scheduling, doctor appointment pages, appointment cancellation, patient assessments, and workflow updates for prescriptions and taskboards.
  • Dental and patient experience: Added dental clinic planner and tooth visualizer, plus patient portal enhancements and referral handling.

  • Added broad analytics coverage across product events using PostHog and GA4.
  • Improved tracking for signup, subscription, churn signals, trial-to-paid, referrals, and key operational events.
  • Added audience sync and automation support through Loops integrations.

Security, stability, and platform improvements

  • Added maintenance mode controls that can be triggered by super admin.
  • Improved permission handling, cookie/privacy updates, auth hardening, and multiple rule fixes.
  • Added PWA offline support for better reliability in low-connectivity situations.
  • Resolved many reported issues across POS, inventory, onboarding, login, and clinic profile workflows.

  • Trial expiry monitoring now supports identifying clinics expiring in exactly 3 days.
  • Registration flow now redirects users to onboarding after email verification.
  • Milestone tracking now captures first 300-patient progress and syncs with analytics integrations.
  • AI Insights now includes a Clear Insights action for easier reset and regeneration; generation and forecasting fixes shipped, with AI Insight gated to the Pro tier.
  • Dashboard adds a Sales This Week chart for quicker revenue visibility.
  • Purchase orders: production access and permission checks, Firestore rule updates, and editing of line items from the invoice view.
  • Super admin: login and display fixes, including a clearer default clinic label when signed in as super admin.
  • Pricing and Terms and Conditions updates to match current plans and legal copy.
